Policies

Attendance:

Students may schedule appointments as frequently or as infrequently as they wish. No commitment or minimum is required.

All appointments are for the exact times scheduled. Students who are late for a lesson will not necessarily be able to make up the missed time by staying longer since I may have more students scheduled right after them.

Cancellations:

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time or a cancellation fee will apply. Please notify me about a cancellation as soon as possible. To cancel your appointment, please call or text (860) 462-1823.

Students who do not notify me of their need to cancel an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.

If a cancelled appointment is rescheduled, please note that there will still be a cancellation fee for the originally scheduled appointment.

You will never be charged for a cancellation if it is made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
